Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs:  U.S. Shipping: Shipping charges begin at $6.95 each additional item is an additional $1.00.

Shipping/Arrival Time:  All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.).  We will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.  Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 business hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order.

Cancel Your Order: Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. Once your package is received and you wish to return it, please visit our website and review our return policy.

Fraudulent Orders:  We are not responsible for fraudulent orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing the order. Billing and shipping information must match.

Out of Stock Items:  If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.

Return Policy: In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department -

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare or Makeup items, due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back to, using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

*** If your package is returned to marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable” and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will, unfortunately need to charge a $6.95 re-shipping fee. 

We require the following information to process your return: (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return): Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
